Fu Zhong Wen and Fu Sheng Yuan performing Tui Shou
This is an old video, which is an historical document quite valuable.
Fu Zhong Wen, Yang Chengfu’s disciple, performing Traditional Yang Style Tui shou with his son Fu Sheng Yuan. In this video, in the first place they perform shuāng tui shou (fixed step with two hands). Then they do Da Lu . After minut 3:25 they start performing "steps in motion with straight steps" (shun tui shou). At last, after minut 3.39, they perform "steps in motion with cross steps" (tào tui shou.
In the end Fu Zhongwen also performs Dalu with one of his students.

Instructors' Yang Tai Chi Jien (Sword)
CHINARTE organized and promoted the Instructors' Yang Tai Chi Jien (Sword)Course, which was held on the 1st, 2d and 3th of October 2010 in Viana do Castelo (Portugal). The course was supervised by Master Nelson Barroso and had as aim to improve and develop the practiotioners habilities in this particular Traditional Yang Tai Chi Form.

The course was supervised by Master Nelson Barroso and had as aim to improve and develop the practiotioners habilities in this particular Traditional Yang Tai Chi Form.
As Master Nelson Barroso referred: " To learn Authentic Tai Chi is a task that never ends, we always have to work deeper to perfect our Tai Chi Performance. There are several details to improve in each level we achieve of practice. We must be sincere, diligent and perseverant if we want to get a better practice. Just with this kind of attitude we will progress continuously."
